2. Ordering & Contract
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send an order confirmation email, but a binding contract is only formed once we accept your order and begin production. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
For custom and embroidered items, production only begins once you have approved any digital proof we provide. It is your responsibility to check the proof carefully — including spelling, colours, sizing and logo placement — before approving.
3. Custom & Personalised Items
Many of our products are personalised or made to order with your logo, text or design. Because these items are made specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described (see our Returns & Refunds Policy). This does not affect your statutory rights.
By supplying artwork, logos or designs to us, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it, and you indemnify Padiham Embroidery against any third-party claims arising from its use.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We take care to ensure prices are correct, but if an error is found we will contact you before processing your order. Payment is taken at the point of order through our secure checkout. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and your chosen service.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and begin once artwork is approved and payment received. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Please see our Delivery Policy for full details.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a standard (non-personalised) order before it is dispatched. Personalised or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are made specifically to your requirements.
7. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
